Feminine Yoga (ENG)

Yoga originated in India and was created by men for men, with women initially
excluded from practicing. Today, yoga is often viewed as a more feminine activity
in the West, with many women participating. However, it’s important to recognize
that many instructions and poses are still designed with a male body in mind,
often overlooking the unique structure of the female body and the different times
in the month when practice occurs.
