Suitable for women who are six weeks or more postpartum; it is recommended to
consult a doctor before returning to physical activity.

Vered teaches postnatal yoga classes, designed to offer you a quiet and supportive space as you
adjust to life after birth. The classes provide a break from the demands of new motherhood, allowing you to reconnect with your body, regain strength, and restore balance.

Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the postpartum body, focusing on strengthening the body, improving posture, rebuilding core stability, increasing flexibility, and relieving discomfort in the back and pelvis. Whether you’re looking for a gentle return to movement or simply a moment of calm during the day, these classes offer an environment where you can feel refreshed and empowered—without any pressure.

Beyond the physical benefits, the class is also a great opportunity to take some time for yourself, reconnect with your body and mind, and navigate this period of change. We will learn and practice simple breathing and meditation techniques that will help you stay clear-headed and maintain a sense of inner stability, even when everything around you is constantly changing. The benefits of the class will carry over into your daily life, not just stay on the mat.

Babies (up to crawling age) are welcome! You can pause at any point to breastfeed, bottle-feed, change diapers or anything else. When you’re ready to return to practice, Vered will help you reconnect and ease back into it in a way that suits your needs and situation.

After the session, you’re invited to stay for a cup of tea with other mothers and babies in
our cozy studio. Vered will always be available for you after class if you have any questions or need further guidance.
