Vered is a certified yoga teacher with extensive experience in: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Viniyoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and both prenatal and postnatal yoga.

My prenatal Yoga classes are designed to support you through the unique journey of pregnancy. In my classes, you’ll find a serene and welcoming environment where you can connect deeply with your body, your baby, and other expectant mothers. Together, we’ll work on alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, improving posture, strengthening your body, and staying in tune with the changes you’re going through.
