Prenatal Yoga
Our prenatal yoga classes support your changing body while enhancing relaxation, flexibility, and strength. Postnatal Yoga
In our postnatal yoga classes, reconnect with your body and gain strength after childbirth. With a focus on core stability, pelvic floor recovery, and mental rejuvenation, postnatal yoga can help you regain confidence and energy. Plus, bring your baby along! Our teacher incorporates your little one into gentle poses, creating a shared experience that fosters bonding while you focus on self-care and relaxation. This class is suitable for women who are six weeks or more postpartum; it is recommended to consult a doctor before returning to physical activity.

Postnatal Yoga
The classes provide a break from the demands of new motherhood, allowing you to reconnect with your body, regain strength, and restore balance. Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the postpartum body,
focusing on strengthening the body, improving posture, rebuilding core stability, increasing flexibility, and relieving discomfort in the back and pelvis.
Beyond the physical benefits, the class is also a great opportunity to take some time for yourself, reconnect with your body and mind, and navigate this period of change. We will learn and practice simple breathing and meditation techniques that will help you stay clear-headed and maintain a sense of inner stability, even when everything around you
is constantly changing. The benefits of the class will carry over into your daily life, not just stay on the mat.
Babies (up to crawling age) are welcome! You can pause at any point to breastfeed, bottle-feed, change diapers or anything else. When you’re ready to return to practice, I’ll help you reconnect and ease back into it in a way that suits your needs and situation.
After the session, you’re invited to stay for a cup of tea with other mothers and babies in our cozy studio.
